Since a month or so suddenly my watch doesn't really measure my sleep. It starts automatically so I do not switch sleep on myself. It says something about inconsistent heartbeat. It is the new versa 2. My sleep got measured accurately once and if my husband wears it, his sleep also got measured. So the problem does not seem to be the watch. I already tried bot wrists but unfortunately did not succeed measuring my sleep with deep, awake, ... there has nothing changed with the position or way of wearing compared to once it got measured.

Hi @kvanhoor It could be that maybe your hearbeat has changed? Are you getting any extra beats or irregularities? If you are then see your doctor just to make sure you are OK. Try wearing it a bit tighter on your arm - mine sometimes misses a few days when I have it not firm enough. You could also try wearing it on the inside of your wrist to see if that helps it pick up your heart beat.

my heartbeat did not really change recently. I tried wearing it tighter, looser, inside on wrist, other arm, ... but still no sleep stages. I would really like to be able to see my sleep stages again but no clue on how I am able to achieve this. It is so strange since I was able to see them in the past.

Have you tried restarting your watch? If not, restart it a few times and see if that gets it working.
