Since the last firmware update, I've noticed that the GPS consistency connects and drops throughout my runs (less than 30 minutes) and I'm therefore getting inaccurate times and distances. I have restarted the fitbit (Versa) and phone (iphone)
Any advice as making me think I'm getting faster when I'm actually not running as far really, even though the fit thinks I've run further than I have

Hi Yes I have done all of this most days since the upgrade I. Order to the watch and phone to sync, but gps still lost while running. It’s not really a sustainable solution

Was supposed to be going for a run today, but instead have spent the last 30 mins trying to get my fitbit to connect to the phone. It's ridiculous, and think it's time I went back to TomTom

I too am having issues since the update. I can't change the brightness starting today and quick view doesn't work. Come on Fitbit you have got to do better than this. 🤬
