O2 working ok and RHR also working but no Skin temp, HRV, or Breath rate since I purchased it a week ago never worked and have updated the firmware. Customer service has no answers maybe the answer is accept it doesn’t work and cancel premium

I’ve gone back and deleted each nigh my sleep and manually entered which appears to have fixed the issue as it’s now giving me a sleep score. But now the heart rate and o2 are missing days. Can you confirm this is a health metrics app issue or an issue with the Versa 2 itself.
