Skip song button decreases the volume

Hello,

Just got the versa 2 and everything works great with the exception of the music controls.

I can easily connect it to my phone and it controls works fine, the only thing is the towards (skip) song doesn't work as intended. Instead of skipping a song it decreases my volume. I'm using android 9.

Any solution for this?

I appreciate the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that your skip song button is actually decreasing the volume of your music. I would like you to restart your Versa 2 and forget your watch from your phone's Bluetooth. 

Once you've done that, please set the music control again and check if it fixes the issue.
