Good Day Fitbit Community
I've bought a set of skull candy jib+active Bluetooth earphones. I've paired it with my fitbit versa special edition. When I play music the song sounds very distorted I've tried various methods for example I've unpaired and paired, tried different songs nothing seems to be working. Fitbit might need to send a software update or an urgent fix. I need help. Can someone from the fitbit community please help or fitbit hardware or software technicians?
