Versa will not upload my sleep. It has been working and now today it won’t sync.

Have a new Versa (2 weeks) that won't record sleep detail and is now showing gaps in nightly sleep.  Have had Fitbit trackers since 2013 and this is new to me.  No changes in wearing habits.  Firmware is up to date.

 

Anyone have any ideas what's going on?
