Sleep Animal not showing - Versa 2

I have Fitbit Premium and I use my Fitbit Versa 2 daily. The Fitbit app shows sleep Animal in the premium section but I don't have any mention of a sleep Animal at all in my sleep tab. I've looked through forum posts and still haven't managed to get it working. Can Fitbit support help me?
