I bought a Versa 2 SE about a fortnight ago to replace my old Charge. I was stunned with the sleep info I got after the first night. The next day I signed up for the premium trial, but since then the sleep mode hasn't worked.
I've tried all the suggestions (plus). I've worn the watch high, I've worn it low. I've tighten and loosened the strap. I've reset the watch, I've factory reset the watch. I've deleted the app (for IOS) and reinstalled it again. I've turned on/off the sleep insight button. But nothing, all I get now is the simplified sleep details.
Any suggestions? Can you turn off premium? Would it help? If not it looks as if this will go back as soon as Argos starts refunds again.

Sorry for the confusion, I actually meant Sleep Score here

I don't think you can turn off premium.
But have you tried changing the sleep sensitivity settings? That might help! If you go into settings on your phone, scroll to the very bottom and click on Advanced Settings. Then change the sleep sensitivity setting. If it's normal, change it to sensitive and vice versa.

No I haven't. I see mine was set to normal, I've changed it to sensitive and I'll try it tonight.
Thank you

Are you seeing sleep stages and the EOV? You need both before you'll get a sleep score.

No I'm not getting either of those, just the simplified graph I used to get on my old charge.

Unfortunately that didn't made any difference, still no stages and score
