Sleep Not Tracking On New Versa Watch

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my new versa watch on Saturday and was so excited.  I had a pebble steel and I thought it was the greatest watch ever!  Now before getting the versa I had a Fitbit Flex and never had any problems with it.  It tracked everything perfectly, sleep, steps, water, food, etc.  After setting up my versa and being excited to see my sleep stats which are a main factor why I upgraded I unfortunately did not get ANY.  I changed the watchface to a different one which was not made by Fitbit.  No stats have been tracking.  I have manually been entering sleep times and stats do pop up but no rem, deep sleep etc.  This morning I changed my watchface to a Fitbitch watchface, entered my sleep times and everything popped up.  So this kind of leads me to believe that non Fitbit watchfaces do not allow for sleep tracking there must be a bug or something is wrong.  Tonight I will leave the Fitbit watchface and see if it tracks.l and if it does tomorrow I will change it to a non Fitbit watchface and see what happens.  So ultimately to the Fitbit Staff , does this mean you cannot use non Fitbit watchfaces if you want correct sleep stats?  If this is so it needs to be fixed !!!

Appreciate you trying to help but you stayed the obvious and there’s nothing in the manual to solve my problem

Apparently if you use a Fitbit Clockface your sleep stats and stages will work but when you switch to a non Fitbit Clockface the stats and stages DO NOT work which makes no sense because obviously the non Fitbit clock faces are way better.  This glitch needs to be remedied.  I did not buy this watch to manually input my sleep data

Well SOME non fitbit clock faces work fine with sleep because I have been using one since I got my Versa a couple of months ago with only 2 nights missed sleep stages in all that time. Just try a different clock face (not necessarily a fitbit one) and see if that fixes it.

Do you have to input your sleeping from-to times or does it auto track so when you wake up, you sync, and everything is there ?
