My fitbit is literally saying i am asleep all day. Its tracking at night and showing light/REM/deep sleep etc., but its also coming up during day when im cooking or im at work as im not moving much it says i am asleep. I know i can delete that particular sleep but its just really annoying that i have to do that when its supposed to be accurate. I upgraded to versa from flex but its just not accurate sleep-wise at all. Ive tried resetting the fitbit i just dont know what else to do?!

No it says I’m asleep during the night all that information is correct and
when I wake up during the night that information seems to be accurate but
for example last night it says the sleep/wake up times are both accurate
but then it also says I was sleeping from 9am to 3:10pm (while I’ve been at
work) so my total sleep for the day has gone up to 13 hours sleep!

Wow that's odd. Have you tried resetting the versa? Sometimes that works. My trouble is for example.  Last night was monday,i ser it when I went to sleep, and when I told it I was awake, it logs it on tue. But isn't that Monday nights sleep pattern? Kind of strange

My Versa is tracking my sleep at night really well. But it's then randomly showing that I've slept for an hour or so during the day, when I've been awake and working. It's happening around 3 to 4 times a week. I know I can delete these occurrences but I'd like to know why it's happening
