These were two “coming soon” features that prompted me to buy the original Versa last year. Now here we are several months later and Sleep Score has never left beta and the advertised SPo2 monitoring has never been enabled, yet they’re releasing an upgraded version with these same advertised features? Fitbit must think we’re a a bunch of suckers!

Hello @SunsetRunner the sleep score beta has been over for a couple of months and now is availible with the premium services.
As for the SpO2, my understanding is that slurring the sleep score it was being used with several testers reported seeing the red light.

@Rich_Laue do you mean the premium services that are not yet available? Regarding the SPo2 tracking, while it may have been available to testers, it has not been available to regular paying customers who purchased the devices that advertised the feature.
My original subject still stands. I was baited with features that seem to need premium services to fully utilize and, even with that, will likely only be available a few weeks before FitBit stops selling the device.

So you are saying that to get the sleep score or anything that deals with your sleep record you have to use premium services? That is so fraking lame!

So I just got this Versa 2 and I went to settings, I only saw like activity, hourly steps and heart rate. No where was sleep on this dang thing! You spend a couple hundred dollars on something that don't work as it says it is supposed to do. You are right, they think we are a bunch of inept **ahem**s or something,

Is this the setting on your Fitbit app or the Versa 2?
On the Versa 2, scroll up the third tile will be the sleep tile.
