The sleep, heart rate, steps, etc have all disappeared from the fit bit app. Anyone know how to fix this?

I’m having the same problem.  Data was there one minute, gone the next!  I lost not only today— but noticed the data from the past couple days disappeared too. I hope they fix it soon.  I look at this data all day long!

I do hope that Fitbit will fix what seems to be a widespread issue. I fear that they might just use staff shortages as either an excuse for delay, or even, putting these features into Premium Only content. 😟

Also lost the information, beside the fact that it was often difficult to synch with charge 3 lately ...

Hello everyone. We apologize for the late response. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I've noticed that 99% of you are on iOS devices and interestingly, the day everyone posted here to report the issue with your tiles missing, was the day we released a new version of the Fitbit app for iOS (version 3.21) on May 19th and on May 12, 2020 for Android (version 3.21). Probably this had something to do with the update, but it shouldn't be happening since day that. If you continue having this issue with your tiles, please log out of the Fitbit app and log back in.

For more information, see: What's changed in the latest release of the Fitibit app? and How do I update the Fitbit app?

I'll be around if there's anything else I may do for you.

I have had this exact problem for a few weeks now.  Today, I took the time to uninstall the app, reinstall the app, restarted my iPad.  I still have the problem.  There is no way to add the activities back.  What do you suggest now?

Thanks.

The problem was resolved for me during the first 24hrs after my initial post.

I tried for the “umpteenth” time another reboot of both phone and Versa. I was delighted to find it all working once again, without any apparent action with the firmware or the App on my iPhone.

Subsequently, I have followed a prompt and updated the firmware. Occasionally, the synchro fails again. In my experience, this appears to result from Bluetooth conflicts. If I am using my Bose Headphones and iPad together then that interferes with the Versa Synchro on my iPhone, which is paired with the headphones but not in use. To restore the synch., I need to remove the Bluetooth connections from other devices, reboot the Versa and iPhone.

A solution of sorts.

Good luck

Regards
