Sleep Tracker stopped registering any sleep just shows 'No Score' on my Fitbit Versa 2 watch.. I tried two resets to no avail, can you help make this work again? I really liked it.

Yep. Same here. Also the heart rate tracking stops working. For a while mine always said 99 bpm. Then I restarted and a day later I noticed that it always said 75 bpm. But I never got any sleep or cardio tracking.
It has been this way since the most recent software update. This is the second time one of my Versa devices has stopped working after a software update. I'm getting tired of the self-destructing devices from Fitbit which are always out of warranty when it happens, and for which you can only get a runaround of possible fixes that don't work and then a "so sorry" discount that is no better than their regular sales.

And I just restarted again and the HR worked for less than a minute, and is dead again. Read around in the forums -- we're not the only ones. I don't know if it has anything to do with the latest update, but it is certainly clear that they don't care that our devices have become mostly useless.
