For the first 2 nights my sleep was tracked but I think not accurately I thought Id had a good sleep Fit bit thought otherwise . the next 3 nights nothing was recorded I changed hands and tightened the strap still not registering anything. Any ideas ?
Best AnswerI have had an issue with my Versa since i purchased it two weeks ago. I had to go to the app and manually start my sleep log. I was told to make sure the sleep option in the app is set to sensitive. I did that and my Versa does not track sleep automatically. I currently have a ticket in place as I feel this watch might be defective. I am also having trouble with the card free pay working. Ihave it set up and I can get to my card via Versa but it doesnt work. Its a little aggravating to say the least. I owned the Blaze before this and didnt have this many problems.
