Sleep and active minutes issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've not had an issue before, but noticed last night my sleep did not track. Also, my watch says I have 3 active hours today, but app on phone says 0. Keep trying to sync, but nothing changes. Steps and all other data is syncing just fine.

It's great to have you around @seacrett.

If your watch didn't record your sleep, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?. Keep in mind that you can always manually log your sleep.

About the active minutes, please double check that your watch is properly syncing, you can follow the steps in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

It did fix itself, but not by anything I did.  I even chatted with customer service for about an hour and she finally recommended I send it in for.  Replacement.  I held onto it and after a couple days, it magically started syncing again... I think it was a software glitch or something, as nothing I did could help it.  Thanks

My versa will not sync my active minutes or my sleep.  Why should I have to track my sleep manually when I paid $200 for a device to do it for me?  How do I correct this issue?
