My versa has stopped tracking my active minutes and my sleep

Hi @B08, I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried restarting your Versa by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and then the Fitbit logo appears? If you have already tried a restart, the next thing to check in to make sure you have the latest updates on your mobile device. You may also want to check your Bluetooth connection.
