Sleep and heart rate information not accurate

Sadly, I returned my Versa this week because of the 30 day return policy. I would have liked a little more time to see if Fitbit can get the fixes in place, but it's too expensive to keep as a reliable watch. My sleep and heart rate were not tracking accurately, and I did not like the way the bands connected, too time consuming and frustrating to change compared to the Alta HR.

Good luck everyone, I hope to rejoin you in the future.

I have returned the Versa with a lot of difficulty! Not leaving that amount of money sitting in s draw. My 2 primary reasons for purchasing was BPM and sleep monitoring.

  • BPM is fairly accurate. I have bradycardia and the app says mines perfect. It maybe so for a very very fit person.
  • Sleep monitoring. Just to time consuming. I cannot tolerate anymore mucking around with this!
  • Steps taken. Not accurate.

The rest of the features I do not wish to even start with. Gave it a fair go. Not worth it.

Kind regards

Returned
