@Marylou1946 A few questions then:

 

  • Is your Versa syncing without issues? When was the last sync?
  • Is your Versa tracking your heart rate properly? Please include some screenshots for the nights when sleep wasn't tracked.
  • Do you have any bedtimes presets set up in your Fitbit mobile app. If yes, clear them. They're known to cause issues.
  • Is your Versa charged? If the battery drops below critical level, heart rate monitoring and sync gets turned off and that in turn will turn off sleep tracking
  • Do you wear your band tight enough?
  • Have you tried toggling heart rate ON / OFF / ON (go to Settings on your Versa, scroll down to heart rate) with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes)
  • What's your phone model and OS?
  • What's your Versa's firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?
