Sleep app stooped working.  Plus heart monitor stuck on 83

There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit Versa 2. If you haven't done it already, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.

 

If after resolving the issue with your heart-rate your sleep is still not getting recorded, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
