My Versa 2 has been providing detailed sleep information for the past 6 months, without issue. Since I upgraded to 35.70.8.0, I have only received the minimal information. This is the fifth day in a row with this condition.
When I investigate on the "Why did I get basic Sleep Details?" page, it offers suggestions as to what might fix the issue. I have tried several ideas, without any change.
Please provide advice as to how I can get this feature working again. Thank you!

I have also encountered this issue ever since the update...hope they fix it soon! I just got the Versa 2 5 days ago and loved the info...it had me worried when it disappeared...

I’ve been missing the sleep details too. This is why I bought the Versa. I’m really disappointed!!!!

I was eventually able to fix my problem last year, I believe by restarting the Versa 2 & logging out of the Fitbit app and then signing back in.
