Hi,
for 3 weeks now, my sleep details / phases are not shown anymore. I can only see the sleep pattern.
Before that, for 1.5 years, I received a sleep score for every night, and I did not change the way of wearing the watch / wristband ever since...
I made sure that:
- the battery is above 25%
- I am sleeping more than 3 hours
- the wristband is neither too loose nor too tight
- I did not use the "Begin Sleep Now" option in the App
- it is impossible that all of a sudden I am sleeping in such a significantly different position vs. the last 1.5 years which prevents my watch from recording the sleep details
- I also checked that the sensors are clean
Any idea what else could be the reason?
