Sleep, exercise and weather not showing on Versa

My Versa has stopped showing my sleep stats, exercise days and the weather app doesn’t work at all. I think it’s since the last iPhone update, but the stats on the phone are fine! I’ve reset the Versa, turned it off, turned off the Bluetooth & the phone. Any suggestions?

Hey @Simmojen welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for reporting the missing information on your Versa since the last iOS update. 

 

I really appreciate all the steps that you've tried in order to fix this inconvenience with your stats. Please confirm that your Versa and Fitbit app are up to date. Restart your Versa one more time and then try to sync it with your iPhone to update the information. If the issue persist, please attach an image of the information that you can see from your end.

Hi, sorry, no go. The app & device version are current, there hasn’t been an update for ages, restarted again, but still doesn’t show any sleep data, exercise days, & the weather app still doesn’t sync.

Hi @Simmojen thanks for getting back to me. I really appreciate the steps you've tried with your Fitbit Versa. As you already confirmed that your Fitbit is up to date, please follow these instructions:

 

  1. Open Fitbit App, go to Account (upper right corner) > Delete Fitbit Versa from the Account
  2. Open the Bluetooth Setting on your phone and delete it from there too
  3. Reboot Bluetooth to make sure your Fitbit is not there
  4. Restart your Versa again  
  5. Access back to Fitbit App > Account > Set up > set it up as a new device

Give it a try and keep me posted.

Sorry again, the full restart & setup did nothing but frustrate.
The info is not showing on my tracker itself, info on the app is fine. So essentially, the ‘today’ app & ‘weather’ app are not working properly on my Fitbit itself.
