Hey guys so iv tried all the fixes turn on and off manually sync change clock face factory settings nothing is working and now no lights on back of watch. The watch is roughly 2 years old is that the problem?

My Versa 2 also stopped! Last data I have is from May 1st then nothing PLEASE FIX

Mines same. Been like it since update last year. Been in chat done everything they said and still nothing and now the button is unresponsive 🤬

The support section now sends me to Twitter where they ran me through turning the heart rate tracking off and on again, restarting the watch and factory resetting. Nothing worked and instead of directing me to where I could get it fixed or actually solved, they just threw a 35% discount code at me. I don't want a new one. I want this one fixed. It looks more like they rolled out an update to make older models defunct so we'll buy new ones. Disgraceful.
