This morning I got up and there’s no info about my sleep for last night. Everything else is updated. I rebooted my Fitbit and it still isn’t working. I just switched to the Versa on Christmas and haven’t had any issues until now. Any idea as to why this is happening?

@Dawn682 It takes a while for the info to be synced back to your Versa. Open fitbit mobile app or Dashboard on Fitbit.com and check if the sleep info is there. If it is then it's just matter of time till it reaches your Versa. Probably after several syncs.

@Dawn682 but can you see the sleep stats in your Fitbit mobile app and on Dashboard on Fitbit.com, or are they missing there as well? Also, when was the last sync for your Versa. You can check this info in the fitbit mobile app - just tap on Versa icon and scroll down to the sync section.

@Dawn682 If your sleep doesn't show anywhere, how do you know it's being tracked? Is your Heart rate being recorded? Can you see it in your fitbit mobile app without interruptions? Try toggling OFF/ON heart rate in the Settings on your Versa, and reboot the tracker several times (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes).

Update: Sleep is working correctly now. I hope this doesn’t become an on going issue. Based on other reviews it appears to be a problem. I would hope that Fitbit is doing everything they can to address the issue and find a resolution.
