Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Moffo. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your sleep information is not showing on the dashboard. If you're using the updated Fitbit app, please verify that you've added the Sleep tile and your watch is syncing. You can add the tiles to your Fitbit app dashboard by doing the following:

  1. Tap the Discover tab User-added image, and tap Health and Wellness Stats.
  2. Tap the stat you want to add, and tap Add to Today.

For more information about the new Fitbit app experience, please see here

If the issue is with your watch not tracking your sleep, please let me know. I will be glad to assist you further.

Please keep me posted.

Hello,

I updated the app 2 days ago, and it worked well in the beginning, but today it has had trouble syncing all day long.  Sleep info never came up, and the Activity tile got stuck on yesterday's values even though the calories were coherent with today's workout.  I have tried all the tips I've found on the web.  I've reinstalled the app, I've reinitialized my phone, the bluetooth, etc.  Please your help.
