Sleep information not syncing to watch after update

Hey Everyone,

I updated the firmware on my Versa this past Tuesday.  After that update, sleep information no longer syncs to the watch.  Sleep information will sync FROM the watch and is recorded correctly on the app and main site, but the result summary does not sync back TO the watch for display whenever I swipe up for "Today" and scroll down to the "Sleep" section.  The purple sleep section shows the sleep information summary from this past Tuesday and before, but it does not show sleep information after Tuesday even though the main app and web site show sleep information recorded and summarized for each day thereafter.  The Versa firmware is version 32.68.9.12.

Just letting you know.  Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

My wife and I both have Versa and she got this new firmware last week. My Versa has not? Is this the only issue or are there more (She has noted none but rarely uses sleep tracking). She likes the new quick settings available when long pressing the left button.

Hey @Irene26,

Mine still has regular notifications from texts and apps, but it will have your symptoms every once in a while (maybe once a week or two).  When mine fails to receive notifications, restarting my phone and watch at the same time will usually clear that up.  

The problem I am having is more of a particular data point that only Fitbit has control over.  No amount of restarting has restored the sleep data sync so far.

Mine is doing the same thing.  The sleep stats and daily exercise are not showing up on my Versa when I swipe up, but the App on my phone shows the information. I hope they fix this soon.

This issue appears to be resolved for me.  The current daily stats now appear correctly over the last three days.
