Sleep is not being tracked

2nd night with versa, no sleep detected only 9 min 1st night, 1st sleep. HR on. Why isnt it working?

@Kickgirl71 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the sleep tracking issues that your Versa is experiencing.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, check out your Versa's profile settings on your online Dashboard and change the "Sleep Sensitivity" from normal to sensitive or vice-versa. Finally, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight and monitor your sleep in order to see if the issue gets fixed.
