Have had Versa for 5 nights - first 3 tracked and showed sleep stages, last two nights have been inaccurate and no longer showing sleep stages graph. I have not changed clock face from original setting. I have turned off and on but still cannot bring back the sleep stages graph. Frustrating so really hoping for a solution

Probably get deleted but I wore my garmin on my right wrist yesterday until today... oh dear, poor versa. Garmin, 6.48 hrs of sleep, and recorded when I went to bed within +/- 10 min and saw when I got up for bathroom break and in the morning (it has its issues recording also but still far better accuracy). Versa, didn't record when I went to bed, never has. Versa recored 1.34 hrs of sleep starting at 6:28 am there a bouts… that's when I got up to use the bathroom. Maybe Fitbit should go hat in hand and beg Garmin to show them how it's done. 😜 Can't return the Versa so I pray this gets sorted out, I do like it better than my garmin and it shows so much promise.

I appear to have had a win - deleted the Fitbit app off my phone yesterday and then downloaded again from App store and this morning I have the sleep stages back showing In the graph. Bizarre but who cares it worked

I just got my versa one month ago, and it is not logging the time I fell asleep accurately. The past two nights, it said I went to bed a couple of hours later than I did, and when I corrected the start time, most of the missing period came up as deep sleep. If I was in deep sleep, why did my FitBit think I was awake? Wondering if there's a problem with this one and if I should return it and get a replacement.

Have third party clock faces been rules out as a factor? I was using Emergency Services face, which I much prefer to any of the FitBit faces, and if that's not a factor I'd prefer to keep it that way. I am set to "normal" sleep tracking, and I'm getting accurate sleep stats but inaccurate start time for sleep. It misses my first couple of hours of sleep routinely. Should I tell it when I go to sleep? Wondering what the status of all of this is, or if I should just return the product now while I can?

I have had my Versa 2 for a few months and it has never been very accurate. It doesn't track my sleep for the first one or two hours of sleep. One of the main reason for getting this is to track sleep and I am very disappointed with that. I might even turn off the sleep portion of this if turning it off and back on doesn't work. Then It just becomes a step tracker.

Does "it's possible that after you're editing your sleep log, the complete log will be 9h but the time you were asleep will still be 7.5h" mean that when I edit my sleep log trying to add time I know I was asleep that my Charge 3 missed, it will increase the "sleep" time representing the time I was in bed trying to sleep, but not change the time that it thinks I was asleep?
Also, why would editing my sleep log to add time cause time to disappear from my sleep log?
Last night, my Fitbit thought I went to sleep at 1:54 and woke up around 7:30. I actually went to sleep at 1:05, was woken at 1:30, and went back to sleep at 1:54. I wanted to add the missing 25 minutes, so I used the "plus" icon to "add sleep log" and told it to add 1:05 to 1:30. Instead of increasing my time asleep, it deleted my time asleep until 2:30. How is it helpful that the "Add Sleep Log" action doesn't increase the time asleep, but actually decreases it. I understand that people may sometimes inaccurately remember their time asleep, but if I'm manually adding time, that means that I'm pretty sure that my memory is better than Fitbit's estimate. In this particular case, I know with certainty when I went to sleep and when I woke up. I'd like to be able to add that accurate information.
