Hi everyone... I need some advice.
Have had my Versa for just over a week and noticed that the Sleep Tracker is a day out.
For example it's showing what hours I've slept on a Saturday night on Saturday Morning! So, it' like a day ahead of what it should be.
Is it a case of doing a factory reset? Or something else?
Please help!!
Cheers
Dan

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Have you experienced this situation each day? How often do you sync your Versa? Have you changed timezones lately? If not, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then sync your watch and monitor it for the next few days to check if the logs are still showing the incorrect date. If they are, please take a screenshot of your sleep logs and reply to me with it so I can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for your, please feel free to reply.

Hi
I take it from your response that the issue is app related and not an issue with the unit itself?.

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
Thanks for your participation in the forums, indeed the issue is related to the app and not your Versa. As stated before, our team is currently working towards a prompt and proper resolution for this situation, please keep an eye on further announcements.

Hello, has this been addressed yet? My sleep is also being recorded for the day after instead of the night slept. Eg. Sunday night sleep records as Monday.

Hi
No... I still have this issue.
Think that the problem is with the app??
Surely we can't be the only 2 people here that have this problem??
Cheers
Danny

You would have thought they would have sorted a problem like this out by now.
Very disappointed with Fitbit for letting a major issue like this happen

Hi, I feel your pain!
I thought that the recent update would have sorted this issue.
I keep hearing that they are dealing with the issue.... but think that is a load of bull.
How hard can it be to set the sleep log to the correct day???

Still no fix for this issue!
Please sack the app designer!!!
I can get hundreds of watch faces but can't get it to record the sleep hours on the correct day.
VERY DISAPPOINTED FITBIT!!!

I’ve gone from wearing every day to maybe once a week because of this. I chose versa over apple watch because the long battery life allowed for sleep tracking.
@MarcoGFitbit The one edge you have over apple is now negated by refusal to listen to and respond to this and other threads.
Apple will catch up with battery and I’m more than willing to jump ship because of the poor UX.
