Me sleep info isnt syncing with my app.. everything else syncs and I know how to do it, but I go into my weekly report and my sleep info hasnt been shared so there is nothing to look at. I can see my hours I slept and if they were light, or deep, or rem or awake and I can see my weekly average on my versa but it wont transfer to the app..

First simple thing to check is a watch corruption. Restart it and resync.
Shut down the watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, About, at the bottom, Shutdown]
wait a minute
[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears} Wait for the clock to reappear. |

What phone do you have?
If its an Android one try this procedure for future sleeps
Logout of the Fitbit app
In Android phone Settings Apps Fitbit clear Fitbit storage cache [not data] force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully go away]
reboot phone
Login to the Fitbit app and sync |

So I now see that it isnt anything you've told me to do, it's your side that has a sync problem. Why didnt you just tell me that instead of making me reset my phone and my versa, you caused me to have to reload and re download a whole pile of stuff when it was as simple as saying we are having issues and many people have reported a problem as well.. thanks for you help I will be returning this versa asap..you guys sold me a defective product..period..

@SteveFryer44 The problem you had precedes the Fitbit app problem, which has materialised since.
There's now [January 25th] a bug in the last Fitbit App update for Android phones which stops phones syncing. This is a new issue.
Hopefully they will issue a fix soon. In the meantime if your watch works it will keep data for about a week and best to not make any changes till its fixed.

If the heart rate is way off the watch probably doesn't detect any sleep, so no sleep to sync.
Restart the watch, and make sure the sensors on the back of the watch are clean.
If you don't get a reasonable heart rate probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Hi, thanks, but first lets check your current versions to make sure it is correctly setup after the reset
What is your watch firmware version?
On the watch Swipe left Click on Settings Scroll & click on About Version near the top |
What is your Fitbit app version?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & Support App Version at the top |
If your Fitbit App version isn't 3.37.1 then go to the Play Store look for Fitbit and update the Fitbit app
