What is wrong with the 'sleep' section of the Versa app? It's completely off what I really slept and it changes the wrong information to days pasted. Like today it's showing I slept 3.56 hours (which is way off), show I fell asleep at 1:34, again way off, I was in bed & asleep by 10:00. Then it changes all the previous days to the same numbers. Doesn't make any sense. Is this issue being worked on?
I sure hope so.

I wrote Fitbit about a similar issue wherein the tracker said I was asleep at 830PM the other night when I actually went to bed at past 1AM the following morning. This happened to me again last night when it recorded that I slept at around 10PM when I actually went to bed at past 11 PM. On both instances, I was up and about moving around when the tracker indicated I was asleep.
The response I got from Fitbit was a "canned" instruction to manually sync the tracker, wear the tracker to sleep (??), wear it on a non-dominant wrist, etc. I've used Fitbit to track my sleep from a Charge, to a Blaze, and now, to a Versa. It's only on the Versa where I've experienced faulty tracking data or non-tracking on a continuous basis.
The numerous emails back and forth between Fitbit and myself has not come up with a reason why the Versa doesn't track my sleep properly. I've received "canned" responses to instruct you to do certain things and when you follow those steps and the Versa still act erratically, I received more "canned" responses to perform additional steps or similar steps.
Let's hope you get more helpful responses from Fitbit.
