Hi, my Versa 2 does not pick up more than a few hours of sleep. (Ex., I slept 8 or so hours last night. It only picked up a little over 3 hours) Why would that be happening? I'd like to pick up the total hrs! Thanks!

I’m not sure why but I’m having the same issue. It’s only 1/2 way accurate since the change in format. It’s useless without accurate sleep detection.

For me it could be because I have an older model.

So they have changed the way they are reporting sleep now? Guess they want more money. Bet if we would upgrade to premium we would get it back.

I have been having problems with this same thing. This morning it said No Data for sleep.

mine also says no data this morning - it’s very frustrating and happening a lot - either showing a couple of hours sleep or none at all 😕
