Sleep profile not showing up on the first day of each month and neither are the analytics.

I have the premium free trial for my versa 2 and when I first started it it showed how many days I needed to get a profile. A few days later it disappeared and same thing with the analytics. It was there for a few days and now it’s gone. I went to the premium page and clicked on sleep profile but all it did was just take me to the main sleep page. Please help!
