After five days dealing with tech-support and returning one watch for a new watch my sleep score is still not showing up on my watch. I have to go to my phone and open up the app first. Then it sends the information to my watch. If I go to my watch first, it tells me I’m not connected to my phone. But I am clearly connected to my phone as other apps are working on the phone. Is anyone having the same issue and if so how did you correct it or get it corrected

You definitely have to sync it, but even then mine only showed the score and stages a few times and now won't show at all.  In the community a moderator answered someone else with some suggestions to try to "fix" the problem from their end, basically blaming us for not doing it right.  I've tried all these "fixes" as have others to no avail. Fitbit needs to fix their issue.  Good luck.  Maybe if enough of us call them about this they'll try to fix it?  Doubtful, but maybe

My watch did not show me a sleep score until I had worn it for about a week-10 days.
