Ever since the latest update my Versa 3 has not been tracking my HRV and is not providing a sleep score. Also noticed that it's disconnecting from my phone far more frequently that it ever has before. Assuming it has something to do with the update because prior to that the device has been functioning perfectly. Extremely frustrating since I paid for fitbit Premium but clearly not getting all the benefits of the service. Can the update be rolled back to an earlier version that actually worked?
