Sleep score and floors feedback

Hi, I am using Versa 2 for last one month and I encountered a few issues:
1. If you sleep in day time then that does not have any effect on sleep score i.e. whatever is your sleep score of the previous night that remains the same. I think it should change according to the sleep quality.
2. If you walk on slightly up hight on roads then it is considered as floor and then it starts counting them as floor. I think this is the wrong behavior.

@skumargupta Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Versa 2.

Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services and watches/trackers offered.

Your sleep score will be calculated only for the hours that you were sleeping at night, it won't take into consideration the naps that you take in the day. Learn more about it by checking this article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

If you would like that sleep score could take into consideration the whole day sleep, please post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our Support team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.

Regarding your inquiry about your Versa 2 tracking floors on roads, you may want to check this article to learn more about: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
