I have had a Charge 3 then Charge 4 and now a Versa 2 and the Sleep score AND most health metrics will NOT register on ME ONLY! I have worn it further up my wrist, the other side of my wrist, my other wrist both ways and NO DATA. If somebody else wears it over night...it works!
Each watch I had taken back to the store because it would work sometimes and then nothing. The Charge 3 and 4 HAVE put a big dent on the top of my wrist, which is why I bought the Versa 2 as it has a flat back.
Please help, why won't they work on me and what can I do as I really need the sleep, Sp02 and breathing rate data.
