Hi, I got a replacement Versa2 yesterday (same model as my previous fitbit). After linking it to the same Android phone via the "exchange fitbit" function, I completed to "system update prompt" and all works well.... EXCEPT for the fact that the new watch/system no longer shows the sleep score on the device. It does still show the score on the phone, but no longer on the watch/device itself. Is there a new setting or has fitbit removed the option to view the score on the device? When I say it no longer shows on the device, I mean the entire "Sleep score category" no longer shows in the Fitbit Today section of the Versa 2 device. Tried restarting device, syncing with phone, wait a night... am not sure what else I can do. Thanks for your help!
Just restarted phone as well and the issued was finally resolved .... Phew!!!

Exactly the same happened to me. I restarted the watch and it didn't make any difference. But several hours later, I noticed that it had just reappeared. Maybe it takes a new watch some time to do a "deep" sync. No idea, but this post might help someone else with the same issue.
