Sleep score not being tracked on Versa 2

I factory reset my device and also removed the app and installed again. No luck. No sleep score from feb 2nd onwards.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

Please be aware that you must see sleep stages to see a Sleep Score. There are some factors that can affect sleep stages. I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your watch by following these steps.
