Why does my sleep score not show each day on my versa lite?

Hi - I updated the app and still no sleep score showing on either the app or on the dashboard on the website.  Suggestions?

My wife and I bought versa lite. I used it on android and my wife on apple. Mine got score and her doesn't. We tried resetting but sleep score on her doesn't show at all. Then we tried to log on to my android phone and now shows sleep score. Maybe its the app. We'll try to keep tonight and see if the sleep score will continues.

For me it was the third party clock faces I loaded on my versa lite. I removed them and reset the versa lite. Loaded two fitbit clock faces, and sleep score came back. Has been working great. Hope this helps.
