Sleep score with all the info first night - no score and little info second night

The first night I wore my Versa2 I got a sleep score and I got all the info with deep sleep, rem etc. This morning (second time) it’s not giving me a sleep score or any of them extras. Only sleep, awake, and restless. I took my watch off after I opened the app and clicked awake (I’ve logged both by clicking the begin sleep button) so I don’t know if I took it off too quick or if there’s another issue?
it has synced so it’s not that.

@yonsolo Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your sleep score not showing on your app. You will need to let your Versa 2 autodetect your sleep so you can get sleep stages that are required for the sleep score. You may not get sleep stages for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

As for sleep score please refer to this article for more information.

Let me know how it goes.
