I have a new Fitbit inspire HR and just subscribed to premium early this week. The sleep score appears for the first night on the app (iPhone latest iOS) and then it just stopped working/not calculating and showing for the last 3 nights. I’ve tried some suggestions in the forum but there was no real remedy from any replies:
I’m not sure if I just had a faulty device or it’s the Fitbit server or it’s the App. How come it works for some folks to have a daily calculated sleep score and not for some? The performance of this device is not consistent for everyone. Looks like those who faced the same problem did not have a real solution so I’m posting a new topic for FitBit support to look into.

After I posted this open forum, I found a response from “SteveH” member and i tried it last night. He said this:
It can't calculate a sleep score without the sleep stages information. Fitbit say:
"There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
For more information about why you see your sleep pattern, tap or click the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern."
basically, I’ve been using the “begin sleep” function on my app (I’m a newbie) and I didn’t know the Fitbit will automatically start tracking it. Last night, i just wore it to sleep without using “Begin Sleep” and it works this morning. I also changed my sleep settings from “sensitive” to “normal” since sensitive was too sensitive, it was recording too little sleep so a score can’t be calculated. Hopefully it resolves other’s situation as well.
