Got my Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas. I had normal scores until 4/23 basic. 6/19 showed 2, 3hr 20min normal and 2hr 27min basic. 6/29 - 7/3 basic 7/4 normal 7/5 basic 7/7 7hr 52min awake or light (no rem or deep) 7/11 & 12 basic. What is the problem, and how should I try to fix it?

Are you getting sleep stages recorded @AZScott?

If not, open a sleep in question and look below the graph to read the reason Fitbit says

The only thing I see there is the learn more link. All that it gives is generic things which might be the problem. I have tried all of those, even on both wrists, with no success. Also it does not do it every night there are some nights in between that I do get sleep details. Also none of those would explain 7/7 when it gives me 7 hr 52 min of light sleep, 26 min awake, and no REM or deep sleep which I don't think is possible.

Well what is the generic message that it gives?

If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading. Wore it too loosely. Wear it higher on your wrist. Band should be secure but not too tight. If you used the Begin Sleep Now option. If you slept less than 3 hours. If battery is critically low.
