My Versa has been showing "m" for sleep rather than a number. I slept with it for two nights and nothing changed. On the app it said I've been sleeping for 1h since 6AM even though I went to bed at midnight yesterday and woke up at 6:30. Any help would be appreciated

Just got my Versa 2 last week and it is showing the same thing on mine. Have slept with it 2 nights as well and still showing an "m". Mine also will not let me connect to Alexa
