Hi,

Since I got my Versa 11 days ago, I got 3 sleeps splitted in half with more than 1 hour missing in the middle as follow:

- stops at 03:24 and restart at 04:52

- stops at 04:33 and restart at 05:48

stops at 03:05 and restart at 04:14

As a result, in the app I am missing more than 1 hour of sleep for those nights and the recordings comes on 2 lines as 2 different sleeps.

I didn't wake up during these nights and the heart rate monitoring is ok meaning that it doesn't contain any gap during those periods and the values are normal.

I am using an iPhone 6S and have disabled the Background App Refresh option for the Fitbit app as it was draining considerably my battery (in case this is important).

@channot77 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!  Your Versa will start detecting sleep once it detects you haven't moved for an hour. If you have light sleep this may confuse the Versa (moving around while in bed as it will detect your arms movements). Still you can try restarting your Versa by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

See if this helps resolve the issue. You can also use the sleep logging option on your app (go to the sleep area and then tap the stopwatch icon, start logging your sleep and stop it from the app when you wake up in the morning). You can also edit your sleep logs by following these instructions.

Let me know how it goes!
