I recently switched from a Charge 3 to a Versa. As of this week, my Versa has not been properly tracking activity hours and sleep. Though my app shows the correct hours of fat burn, my device does not. And as for sleep, it somehow broke my sleep into two separate sessions when I was asleep the entire time. I was wearing it all night and only got up to go to the bathroom. I was definitely NOT awake for 90 minutes at that time. It is also showing that I was only active two our of three days so far (when it should be three of three).

@writergal28 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about this. What type of activities are you doing? For how long? Does it involve hand movement? How are you recording them?
Regarding your sleep your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.
