Dear support team,
Sleep stage worked well until I updated the latest OS on my Versa. I've tried all recommended solutions, but still get a negative result.
Kindly help figures why. Thank you.

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps already. Would it be possible for you to let me know exactly which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? That will be very helpful for me to determine which steps should we try next. Additionally, a screenshot of your Sleep Stages will be very helpful as well.
