Sleep stages - should I give up?

hi everyone

Not my first post asking for help. Wondering if everyone having issues with detailed sleep stages not showing on the app has given up? I dont see nearly as many issues and resolutions as there were in the past

I have followed all troubleshooting by Fitbit chat people - reset. factory reset, turn off and back on, delete and reinstall app.. and more

Weird thing is it WAS working great for about a month when i first got it (back in late Nov) nothing has changed, i wear it the same, sleep the same, etc ... all i get now is basic sleep info and OCCASIONALLY sleep stages (I'm talking like once a month)

Other than that, I love the Versa! Just frustrated and not sure if anyone has a real solution , or do i just give up?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi, more users are suffering from this problem. But there is a workaround for it, it seems troublesome, but it takes only one minute per day if you use it. Got to your PC and type www.fitbit.com which will show you, when you're logged in to your Fitbit account, your personal dashboard. Go to the tile where it says Sleep and press it. Put your cursor directly underneath this tile and it will show "see more". Press that and you see the graphs of your Sleep and directly underneath that the daily stats. On the right side of this you will see "Log Sleep". Enter manually your Sleep time and date (make sure you enter the right date) and also the Sleep End and date. Press "Log Sleep" and your Sleep will be added to your Fitbit app. Good luck!!
