My sleep stages have not been working since May 17th. I had the Alta HR and switched yesterday to my new Versa. I was hoping my sleep stages would now work with the new Fitbit and it does not.

Check to be sure your HR did not get turned off.  This happened to me, and somehow the HR got turned off.   Once turned back on, it worked great again.
