Sleep stats keep not showing up on Versa

Hey all, I am a newbie to Fitbit :0)

I have an iPhone 8, a couple of days ago I noticed that my sleep stats had not shown up on my Versa all day. I had a live chat with a Support person and we factory reset my Fitbit. I then had to manually start my sleep and was assured that the sleep stats would then automatically record after this day. I am missing today’s data on my Fitbit :0( Friday’s has now completely disappeared off the app (which is the evening that I had to manually Begin Sleep, was showing in the app before now) and I can see today’s stats in the app just not on my Versa.  Is this a common issue with the Versa or do you think I have a faulty one?

Hi, did you enable Sleep logging in the Today screen app? Swipe up from the bottom of your home display and the Today screen will show. Check if Sleep is enabled. when you cannot find it, scroll down in the Today screen untill you see Settings, press that, scroll down untill you see Sleep and enable it.

Thanks for your reply :0)

Sleep was already ticked to be displayed on my Versa. As per my post, I have been seeing the stats on my Versa most days but then the sleep option wasn’t always displayed. A couple of hours ago, it then showed up! Yet hasn’t all day. So not sure if I have a faulty Versa perhaps. If I look at my app it shows that my Fitbit is regularly synced

Hi, sometimes it happens that Sleep is either not logged on your Versa or only shows simple statistics in the Fitbit app og your phone. My advice would be, certainly since your last answer, watch it carefully if it's just an incident or a regularly occuring problem.

I'm having the same problem. The stats are being tracked but after the first full week having the device now the sleep stats won't show up on FitBit Today.  All it shows is -- -- for hours, REM, awake, etc. as if nothing was tracked. When I open the app on my Pixel 2 the info is there.  This started happening three days ago when the tracker showed the wrong sleep time and then since it shows nothing though it does track. Rather disappointing for such an expensive device.

There is NO sleep app to check!  Only listed are core stats, hourly steps, Heart rate, Exercise, Water, Food, Weight, and badges but NO sleep to check!  Where is it?  One of the major reasons I bought this.
